By the creek side Compost Yard we have simple stairs leading down to the creek.
The creek is dangerous at all times and ESPECIALLY in the Spring time.
Enjoy the quietness of the summer stream and the rumble of the SPRING flood that rolls the rocks.
Sit awhile IN THE SHADE:
Listen for the bird sounds
Listen to the creek’s motion
Observe the water, the roots of the plants along the bank
Observe the weather and the creek
Pools of moving water
Water dripping off the leaves
Foot prints
Colours of the stones
Feel the breeze, the temperature of the air
Note the moist earth
How does the air smell
JUST SIT…….REPEAT
