The reason there is a Unit Monthly Expense Sheet offered to the Residents of CCC, is
to demonstrate where the income of CCC is distributed.
We are prudently and fiscally transparent. Each Resident receives a copy of their
data for their Unit. This information is offered as a specific support for your general
understanding of our business plan. We care for the Cash Flow monthly and as a
result can offer ‘Peer Supported Accommodation’!
